PeopleBank provides a complete range of eRecruitment, Talent Management and Applicant Tracking Solutions to fit every company of any size. We can cater for large multi-national enterprises with high volume recruitment needs across many locations, as well as one-office businesses recruiting a handful of people over the course of the year, and everything in between. We have arranged our most common solutions into packages that broadly match the different sizes of our clients. With such extensive experience servicing clients in a multitude of locations, we completely understand there is no "normal" company and as all of our solutions are fully upgradable, extra functionality can be added with one phone call.

PeopleBank's solutions are delivered over the internet, known as Software as a Service (SaaS). By taking the ASP (Application Service Provider) approach, there is no dependency or hassle on your internal IT infrastructure or support services. All software and associated services are provided within an annual service level agreement complete with hosting services and full helpdesk support.

There are no set-up or design fees for any of our solutions listed, merely a simple monthly payment plan (or quarterly / yearly if you prefer). Our solutions are surprisingly affordable across all levels. PeopleBank Personal can be implemented for less than the cost of a travel pass per month, whilst PeopleBank Corporate can be implemented for less than one recruitment fee per month.
