Based just outside of London in leafy Bucks, our Head Office is conveniently located near High Wycombe's train station (25 minutes by train from London Marylebone). It's a true hub of innovation, creativity and hard work.

We have an open plan office with teams grouped together for collaborative working, and our small set-up means we look for people who respect and support their colleagues – we all take our turn to make a cup of tea! With a friendly yet focused approach to work, our teams are passionate and dedicated to driving the brand and ethos forward. Our social life

We believe in work-life balance and host a number of events and activities throughout the year for our staff to get together – it's a great opportunity to mingle far from our desks, and get to know each other. Our self-appointed Social Committee organises everything from netball to quiz nights, and we host regular yoga sessions in our in-house studio.

Our quarterly reviews and annual brand events are where the company comes together to review the business performance, any new initiatives launching and the strategic direction for the brand.

Application stages

The recruitment process will generally include a telephone interview followed by a one-to-one interview in Head Office.

Depending on the role, you may be required to attend a further one-to-one interview, and be asked to complete a short project or maths test.
